Christopher James Nakagawa is a third generation San Francisco and Marin County Realtor. Born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County, C.J. brings an innovative and fresh set of skills to Susan Hewitt Luxury Group. Starting his career in music management, C.J. refined his negotiation skills while representing independent artists, songwriters and producers. Christopher then co-founded True Management Consulting, providing marketing, business development, branding, restructuring and more to early-stage companies and venture-backed start-ups.
Prior to teaming up with Susan Hewitt Luxury Group, C.J. started Marin Market Trends, a local real estate website that analyzes neighborhood specific data and identifies current market trends. This service as well as SF Market Trends, which provides the same for San Francisco, has been integrated with SHLG to provide clients and colleagues with the most up-to-date market information. C.J. brings a deep understanding of the online market place and is well versed in the marketing strategy needed to effectively sell your home.
In addition to SF and Marin Real Estate, Christopher is also involved in complex international commodity transactions. These transactions range from Jet Fuel to food and his experience in the Import/Export industry make him an expert facilitator and project leader.
